I know the thought of giving up gluten seems SO hard, but just take it one day at a time, one meal at a time. Focus on getting through one day, then one week, then one month. If you start to feel better you will be motivated to continue and you could end up feeling better than you ever imagined.
You can do this! You may find a better quality of life. It's hard, but it's worth it. You deserve to feel better!
